III Quarter 2017
In Q3 2017, three new office projects were completed in Prague. In total, ca. 155,000 sqm should be completed throughout this year. Continuous strong demand for offices led to a decrease in the vacancy rate by 0.84 percentage points to its current level of 7.7% which represents the lowest figure since 2008. In Q3, prime headline rents in the city centre of Prague remained stable at €19.0 – 20.0 sq m/month.
