During Q1 2018, four new office buildings totalling 38,700 m2 were completed and another 334,200 sqm is currently under construction with delivery date between 2018-2019. Gross take-up reached 85,700 sqm , net take-up which excludes renewals amounted to 65,700 m2. As a result of strong leasing activity, the vacancy rate declined further in Q1 2018 to its current level of 6.2%, the lowest vacancy rate since 2008.
