I Quarter 2017
In Q1 2017, one new office project was completed in Prague. In total, ca. 151,000 sqm should be completed throughout this year. Continuous strong demand for offices and limited new speculative supply led to a decrease in the vacancy rate by 1.2 percentage points to its current level of 9.4% which represents the lowest figure since 2008. In Q1, prime headline rents in the city centre of Prague remained at €19.0 – 20.0 sq m/month.
